Donor's List

Once again I would like to extend our, AWRE, and my most gracious of thanks to the Employees of Boeing, California, Long beach.  Their continued support has allowed us to serve you and our environment.  Yes, their donation allows us to serve you, the citizens and communities of the world when you have any "issue" of any sorts with any species of wild animal.  And all per gratis, too.  How can you beat that?

Remember when you thank AWRE, thank the Employees of Boeing California, Long Beach because if it weren't for the likes of them and our other most kind and generous donors, AWRE you not be able to serve you, our communities of the world, our environment and the wildlife of the world. And yes, you can be a donor, too, just click the button above.  Thank you.

John Campbell of Future Design Communications in Signal Hill, has donated a wonderful Nissan pick up truck to AWRE.  It means so much to all of us here at AWRE when someone steps up to the plate and gives us a hand with our wildlife rescue and education mission in such a big way.  We have never had such a major donation as this very well needed rescue vehicle, especially one in such great condition.  I just can't find the words to express our appreciation and thanks

Our deepest and most sincere thanks to John Campbell and Future Design Communications for their kindness, generosity and their appreciation for the AWRE mission.  Thank you

Once again PETCO has come through with a donation.  Their continued support is greatly appreciated and the details of this donation can be read in our press release section.  once again, we extend our thanks to PETCO

When AWRE took on the project of trying to change the State of California's Department of Fish & Game's standing policy of euthanizing confiscated illegal wildlife, one of the obstacles we encountered was finding a way and a means of shipping loaded skunks out of state to a legal state.. Stop and think about it, how many commercial carriers are going to be willing to risk having a skunk discharge in the middle of their facility or on their plane while in the vicinity of their customers and their customers property on the word of some crazy rehabbers that tell them the skunks won't blow unless you scare them.  Well, Chris, Sandie and Carol found an airline company that actually gives a damn about our environment, wildlife and were willing to actually help us out.  This wonderful airline is American Airlines and their incredible staff.  We, here at AWRE, not only want to recognize and thank the American Airlines and their fine staff and extend special thanks to American Airlines Cargo for their expertise in accommodating our needs and the skunks when so urgently needed. Special thanks to Chris Wade, Jennifer Timberton, Catherine Connolly, Lionel Hernandez, all personnel in redeye cargo area and Becky in the Priority Parcel office. This fine team have the expertise to provide animals with a safe, calm flight experience and have the balls to back it up in a most impressive manner.  If they are able to provide our skunks with a safe, calm, pleasant flight experience, think how well they do with cats and dogs. All of these people were involved in the execution of the flights scheduling and reaching their destinations with as little trauma as possible to the skunks. American Airlines handled the skunks with utmost care and consideration, we couldn't be happier with the concern they showed for the skunks and will certainly book with them again should the need arise.  We would highly recommend the services of American Airlines to anyone else looking to ship an animal of any species.  They take such fine care of the animals, not one of the many skunks we have shipped with them has blown and be it known, that the great care and treatment our animals get are the norm for each and every animal they take charge of, we are not an exception.  I can only say all of us at AWRE are totally impressed with the quality of care, the expertise and the all-around, top-of-the-line, genuine integrity, dignity and respect exhibited by these fine people.  Their help has definitely  played a major role in helping us to instigate these state policies changes and we all are deeply in their debt.  Thank you, one and all at American Airlines

The William C. Bannerman Foundation has most generously made a specific donation towards the purchase of a new AWRE rescue vehicle.  Our present rescue vehicle has over 800,000 miles on the odometer and that is when it broke over 5 years ago.  I can't find the words to convey my feelings when so much trust and faith are placed in AWRE and our mission. I can only say thank you and we will all do our best to complete the AWRE mission.  I must admit, we will be much more effective with the use of a decent vehicle.  Thank you.  Pictures will be posted after the purchase has been completed.

The MEADE INSTRUMENT CORPORATION comes to the rescue!!!

The Meade Instruments Corporation has come to our rescue with the donation of three top of the line, research quality microscopes.  This kind donation will enable the AWRE Prohibited Species Team to have the much needed optical equipment at each of our satellite facilities and these fine instruments will last for generations to come.  Thank you.  Meade's caring actions will greatly improve our diagnostic abilities and will enable us to run a gamut of tests and examinations "in-house".  I am truly at a loss for words to properly thank the Meade Instruments Corporation for their generosity.  I never expected to receive such fine instruments and brand new ones on top of that.  These are truly some of the best microscopes I have ever seen and they have all the  "buzzers and bells" too  Thank you.  Everyone at the Meade Instruments Corporation, I thank you, my team thanks you, and all the wildlife you have enabled us to save and return to the wild strong and healthy thank you.

Employees of Boeing California come to the rescue...again!!!

Once again the employees of the Boeing Company in Long Beach has come to our rescue.  Above, Carol Hoffman, our BOEING BOOSTER, Kim, CEO of AWRE, and Dave, Executive Director of AWRE, receive a most generous donation that enables us to continue with our mission to save injured wildlife.

Why just today while responding to an injured animal call, the finder told me that AWRE was referred to him by an organization located in Connecticut.  Fortunately, this response ended in a positive outcome and the finder was very grateful for our service, he stated, "Know wonder you are known coast-to-coast".

This service is only possible due to the kindness and genuine caring of the Boeing employees.

Think about it.  These fine people have stood behind their convictions to try and make our communities and our environment a better place.

They not only stood behind their convictions with their hearts and words but they stood behind their convictions with their checkbook and very generously, too, I might add.

Without their generosity AWRE would not be able to continue in the fine manner in which AWRE has become known for.  We at AWRE know this and recognize this and would like to extend each and every Boeing employee our deepest thanks for your continued support.

     Thank you!!!

    ..Thank you One and All
