All Wildlife Rescue and Education

AWRE's mission is two fold:
1)To rescue and rehabilitate all species of injured wildlife and
2)to provide education to the public about people/wildlife interaction. 

AWRE is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization.  All donations are 100% tax deductible and go directly to the activities of AWRE. AWRE never charges for our services and has never turned anyone away with a legitimate wildlife issue.  Plus, we sell no memberships or any products.  All of our services are per gratis, free of any and all charges.  We also offer our   services twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, again, all without any charges or fees. The officers of AWRE draw no salary which enables 100% of all donations to go directly to carrying out the mission of AWRE.  You can easily make a donation through PayPal via your PayPal account or credit card.  Please click the "Make a Donation" button and help support AWRE. Chief Executive Officer Kim Thraen arriving at the Rose Bowl for the presentation ceremonies of The President's Volunteer Services Award, AWRE's first Presidential Citation.   Gee, Presidential recognition because we enjoy healing and releasing injured wildlife. All Wildlife Rescue & Education has been selected to receive "The President's Volunteer Service Award".  Check out our Press Release section for details concerning this honor. There will be an awards ceremony at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Ca on 27 April 2008 and we hope to see you all there.

AWRE would like to thank Employees Fund of Boeing Long Beach CA for their kind and generous donation.

 AWRE needs a new rescue vehicle as well as a rescue boat.

 Once again our rescue vehicle has died and we are in desperate need of good transportation to enable us to respond to our injured wildlife emergencies.  Please, if you or your company no longer needs one of their vehicles, please consider donating to AWRE.
